  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

El lugar para alojarse en cataratas.
Excelente hotel con inmejorable ubicación y vista a la triple frontera. Habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Personal con una atención inmejorable, restaurante con rápida atención y sin mayor demora a la entrega del plato elegido. Desayuno muy completo. Piscinas excelentes sobre todo la que posee climatización. Es un lugar para un descanso de muy buena calidad.

Excelencia hotelera en un sitio único
Excelencia en todos sus aspectos. Para volver. Muy recomendable. Destacamos su exquisita gastronomía con precios accesibles y su refinada decoración que "juega" con el enclave, en un edificio histórico que ha sido obra del arquitecto Alejandro Bustillo.
Y, sobresale, su personal: amable, respetuoso, atento. De 10.

Another Imagine Cruising scam.
As has been said a very tired hotel which sells itself as 4 star but in most instances would barely manage 2 star. Our travel agent who sold us 4 star hotels for our trip moved us from the Amerian down the road months before our trip and it seems that they do this a lot to get a cheaper price at the expense of their clients. Imagine Cruising know how to scam their customers.

Lessons learned
Our stay was during this past Easter Holiday. The place including the pool area is clean. It's actually a very short distance to the main area.

My problem with this facility was the handling of a spa appointment. I had made a reservation for a couples massage and facial for 3;30 pm and asked the person that made the appointment that I am going to a day trip and if I am running late would that be a problem. The answer was no. I said well just in case could I have a phone number I can connect.

Perhaps I should say at this point I was coming from North American on my second day, so she proceeded give me a 7 digit number with no area code.

As we got on the day it was clear from the start that we were not going to make it back on time, I sent email, whatsapp messages only to find out none of them contact number/email (for different reasons). Got back to the hotel and a very long story short they proceeded to charge me full amount. Perhaps this was within their right but I made several attempts to connect with the staff and hotel to no avail. I did speak to the manager - the result was the same

Lessons learned so someone else can benefit from this.

BEWARE! Go 2 minutes walking distance to Brasil Ave
Bathroom had black mold, food was horrible and the staff LIED about the conversion rate. I was on a trip with 18 others. My dinner bill was 26 USD - my server ( David) said 50 USD. I demanded a receipt, he gave it to me 30 minutes later with a twenty dollar bill. I reported him to management. I checked out and left my luggage with the front desk to lock up and hold until our tour bus arrived. My backpack was unzipped when I returned. The hotel manager refunded me my money for the rotten fish and potatoes and drinks with NO alcohol. If anyone stays there- walk out the front door turn right within 2 minutes you will see BRASIL AVE- the hipstrip - food, drinks, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. Liquor stores, bakery, ice cream - clothing and souvenir shopping.

Great place to stay in Puerto Iguazu
Stayed for two nights as part of our South American tour.

Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, the only negative was the bathroom which had a bath fitted but could not be used as there was no plug. There was no basin plug either. Tissues in the room would be nice.

We ate in the lobby bar and in the restaurant for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was excellent, of a high quality and plentiful. The downside was that for some reason there was no white wine available by the glass and no local beer during our stay; the reason “we have not got any.”

All the staff we came into contact with were delightful, polite and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views, the grounds are fabulous and the pool area lovely. The WIFI was excellent.

Despite the couple of negatives which really are first world problems this was our favourite hotel throughout our trip. It was great place to stay in Puerto Iguazu.

Mixed levels of quality
Great location and main hotel facilities very good.
Bedrooms poorly maintained and not to same quality. Faulty light switches. Bath installed but can’t be used. No basin plug. Toilet seat broken.
Excellent pool.

Umluftkühler
Unmöglich. Wer nachts schlafen will, dem rate ich dringend von einer Buchung ab. Trotz Ohropax war wegen des lauten Umluftkühlers auf dem Dach nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Auf unsere Frage hin, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies im gesamten Hotel so laut sei.

Der Lärm wurde durch eine Fehlfunktion der Anlage verursacht, die wir inzwischen beheben konnten. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass wir dies nicht mehr vor Ihrer Abreise tun konnten.

Pas très sérieux
Hôtel confortable mais vieillot. La piscine est magnifique. Le restaurant est bien, la cuisine est très bonne mais alors……. Le service est catastrophique. Débordé, nous avons appelé plus de 4 fois pour que notre table soit débarrassée et demandé trois fois notre dessert. Nous avons reçu les tickets pour deux repas du soir mais mauvaise surprise, nous avons dû nos acquitter du second lors du départ. Pratique inacceptable car peut-être considérée comme une contrainte à la consommation. Étant peu satisfait du premier soir et sachant cela, nous aurions mangé en ville et non-pas à l’hôtel. Acceptable pour une visite des chutes, mais pas vraiment recommandable.

Tramonto da sogno
Gentilezza e tranquillità sono ciò che contraddistingue questo hotel. Personale sempre a disposizione, la piscina gode di una vista meravigliosa. Cocktails a bordo piscina buonissimi!
Ho soggiornato in una camera standard dove era tutto impeccabile. Forse, ma solo per essere un po’ puntigliosi, sarebbe stato carino trovare la bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia…ma è davvero una sciocchezza!

Très bien
C’est un hôtel chic. Il ne porte pas son nom, car il y a peu de panorama.

Cet endroit a été choisi par les responsables d’un voyage de groupe. Nous y avons couché 3 nuits.

La chambre était assez grande de même que la salle de bain. Il y avait un très grand lit. C’était propre.

Le wifi était correct, sans plus.

Si vous voulez acheter de l’eau en bouteilles, il faut aller à l’épicerie sur la rue Avenida Brasil, moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. N’arrêtez par dans les commerces dépanneurs-vendeurs de vin où il n’y a pas de prix sur les tablettes, car ils montent les prix pour les touristes.

Stark in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, direkt neben einer Grünanlage. Die Nächte und bis in den Morgen laute Musik.
Hotel wirbt mit Lage und Blick: Die Fenster, die sich nur Spaltbreit öffnen lassen, sind völlig verdreckt und verschmiert. Also nix Blick. Personal agiert lustlos, Englischkenntnisse mangelhaft.
Sehr kleine Zimmer, die noch dazu sehr hellhörig sind, was das Geschehen auf dem Korridor und die nachbarliche Toilette betrifft. Frühstück okay, Abendessen nicht zu empfehlen. Rotwein wird gut gekühlt aus dem Kühlschrank angeboten...

Vorsicht
Hotel ist gesamthaft gut, allerdings ziemlich alt und mit der Gefahr, dass Sie abgezockt werden. Wenn Sie eine Reservation haben, ist der Preis in US $, bezahlen können Sie aber nur in Landeswährung, ARS. Die Umrechnung erfolgt aber nicht zum offiziellen Kurs, sondern zu einem eigenen Hotelkurs, welcher erheblich schlechter ist und vermutlich die Inflation für die nächsten Jahre enthält. Deshalb nicht empfehlenswert.

nette Lage aber alte Hütte
Hotel ist gut gelegen, jedoch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück ist okay aber keine Offenbarung.
Für Dinner ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bella vacanza
Hotel in bellissima posizione sopraelevata da dove si vedono i tre confini e il Rio iguazu. Piscina molto bella e grande com panorama stupendo in particolare al tramanto.

Belle vue et personnel agréable
Belle vue sur la rivière, avec la piscine en contrebas. Ambiance familiale pendant ces vacances scolaires au Brésil.
Personnel agréable mention spéciale à Daniel ;)
Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Point négatif, rafraîchissement à prévoir, la moquette est usée et ça sent pas la peinture fraîche. Ah et l’insonorisation entre les chambres ... on partage tout ...

Hôtel Iguazu
Hôtel sympa, jolie vue sur la rivière. Petit-déjeuner avec un large choix.
Seul problème l'insonorisation, mais bon cela semble être le cas dans toute l'Argentine! Personnel très gentil, et très agréable. Rien à redire ! Possibilité de manger au snack à toute heure. Jacuzzi très sympa!

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le fleuve. Soit l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais ce n'est pas la première chose qui saute aux yeux ! Le personnel est très bien, le restaurant est très bon. Je le recommande

Squallido, pessimo
L’albergo è decisamente overpriced: anni 70, bagni vecchi, moquette datata, camera piccola. Servizio pessimo.
Reception/concierge zero accoglienti. In piscina asciugamani da viso e per lo più pesantemente macchiati.
Peccato uno squallore simile perché la posizione è ottima.

Decisamente cercarne un altro. Sembra abbandonato poi si rianima. La cucina del ristorante , c'e' anche un bistrot, non è male, anche per un lunch bordo piscina va bene. Bella la piscina, Decisamente meglio il fuori dell'interno

Da un hotel a 5 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa di eccellente: in questo hotel lo staff è profondamente scortese, spocchioso e si permette di prendere in giro gli ospiti sfruttando la non conoscenza della lingua. Camere piccole, vecchie e poco funzionali. Sconsiglio assolutamente di andare in questo hotel. Dovrebbero vergognarsi nel far pagare una struttura tanto scadente e oltre tutto essere perfino strafottenti.

wunderfull hotel
wir haben 5 Nächte in diesem schönen Hotel in der Nähe der Grenze zu Brasilien, Paraguay und Argentinien. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist auch akzeptabel.
